Chapaquía, un dulce de Dulces artesanos de Vejer S.L.L., un ejemplo de las bases reposteras de Xauen Pastelería Andalusí donde se conjugan la tradición repostera árabe con las costumbres pasteleras de la Comarca de la Janda, impregnando el sabor de dos culturas, muy unidas en la zona desde siglos.
Para este fin sus maestras reposteras, con una gran tradición en su país de origen, Marruecos, elaboran un dulce de Almendra, Nueces, Ajonjolí y Miel. Su sabor es parecido al pestiño. Dulce Frito en aceite de oliva virgen y bañado en miel, siguiendo los pasos de antiguas y tradicionales recetas árabes.
